ASSOCIATION MANAGEMENT PROFESSIONAL
LICENSED ATTORNEY (MO)
Responsible for managing the administration of BAMSL under the direction of the Executive Director, overseeing Finance and Human Resources functions, and managing BAMSL’s IT needs. Other responsibilities include dues billing and collections, producing live webinars, managing the online Lawyer Referral Service (St. Louis Lawyer Search), coordinating Law-Related Education programs, coordinating the St. Louis Attorneys Against Hunger and Motion for Kids programs, and staffing the Pro Bono Committee and Securities Law Section.
Developed and administered Continuing Legal Education (CLE) programs; provided support to committee and section chairs, speakers, and members to ensure successful programs; assisted in planning and supporting social and community service events; and crafted promotional materials. Supervised, trained and coordinated tasks and workflow for the Continuing Education department. Served as staff coordinator for the Young Lawyers Division and Motion for Kids program. Assisted with development and maintenance of websites. Assisted with maintaining journals and ledgers, preparing financial reports, and budgeting.
Assisted the Finance Department with record keeping and reporting, assisted with the negotiation and management of the association’s service contracts, maintained the membership database, maintained the association and foundation websites, and managed the association’s social media campaigns.
Oversaw daily operations of the Joint Communications Center. Was responsible for financial accounting and record keeping, developed and enforced policies and procedures, managed the Continuing Education Program and conducted training sessions, managed the Quality Improvement Team, and ensured that all essential technology systems functioned properly.
